This Refund Policy applies specifically to ticket purchases for the 7Figure Live Event and supplements the general Terms and Conditions of DS Legacy Group LLC ("Owner").
Cancellation & Refund Windows
More than 7 days before the event (on or before September 16, 2026): Eligible for a refund of the ticket price, less a 10% administrative/processing fee.
Within 7 days of the event (September 17, 2026 through the event date), including no-shows: No refunds will be issued.
How to Request a Refund Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected], including the name and email address used at purchase and the order/ticket number. Approved refunds are processed within [10] business days to the original payment method.
Ticket Transfers Tickets may be transferred to another individual at no charge, provided the Owner is notified in writing prior to the event with the new attendee's name and contact information. Transfers are not considered cancellations and are not subject to the 10% fee.
Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation by Organizer If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the Owner, ticket holders will be notified via the email address provided at purchase and offered, at the Owner's discretion, either a full refund or credit toward the rescheduled date.
Force Majeure The Owner is not responsible for event disruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control (e.g., venue closure, extreme weather, government order), consistent with the Service Interruption provisions of the general Terms and Conditions. Refund or credit eligibility in such cases will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Governing Law This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, consistent with the governing law provision in the Owner's general Terms and Conditions.
